Video Retainers & Long-Term Agreements

Your work changes lives. Your video should be making the case — every month.

How it works

Stage 1

Intake

Your source material becomes a signed-off script and treatment. Editorial review by a 15-year UNFPA/UNICEF specialist is standard, not an add-on.

Stage 2

Processing

AI generates the raw graphics; our team refines every asset by hand and cuts in Premiere / After Effects.

Stage 3

Self-check

Every video passes a published quality checklist before you see it. You receive the QC record with each cut.

Stage 4

Output

Masters, subtitles, cutdowns, archive. Lessons feed the next batch.

One video = a graphics-led film of 8–10 minutes: a learning module, explainer, or video case study built from your material and footage. Field-shot impact films add shoot days at a fixed day rate. A video may be swapped for social cutdowns or a short film in any month; capacity rolls over. 3-month minimum. For UN agencies and development partners we also work under LTAs / framework agreements with a fixed rate card and call-off orders.
